Site Safety Plus (SSP)

Site Safety Plus (SSP) provides the construction industry with a suite of courses for health and safety awareness and career development to help maintain a safe workforce. These courses are designed to give everyone from operative to senior manager the skills they need to progress through the industry. From a one-day Health and Safety Awareness (HSA) course, which also supports those requiring the knowledge to obtain their CSCS Labourer Card, to the five-day Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), our suite of courses ensure everyone benefits from the best possible training.

Qualifications Network

GQA Qualifications Limited is an Awarding Body for specialist sectors and occupational roles. Our current qualifications cover the Glass and Fenestration Industries, Construction, Coating and Print. Our aim is to work only with industries where we have access to knowledge within GQA, giving us a real ability to discuss specific qualifications with both centres and employers. Qualification development is carried out in accordance with regulatory and Sector Skill Council requirements, using industry experts throughout the development and consultation processes.

First Aid Awards is an awarding organisation specialising in first aid, health & safety, food safety, safeguarding and related qualifications. First Aid Awards (FAA) are regulated by Ofqual and SQA Accreditation and our qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). FAA provide a clear and simple approach to regulated qualifications for our Centres and learners with FAA’s team having vast experience within these qualification sectors. We maintain our qualifications to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and are innovative in qualification development reacting to market demand.

Jobcentre Plus is a government-funded employment agency and social security office that can be found in most cities, whose aim it is to help people of working age find employment in the UK. It was formed when the Employment Service merged with the Benefits Agency and was renamed Jobcentre Plus in 2002. It is a part of the Department for Work and Pensions.

BCA Support Services

BCA Support Services is a Registered Provider (RP) delivering 24-hour emergency housing with supported accommodation to female adults at risk of homelessness and domestic violence. We currently deliver housing and support across Birmingham, often to people with complex needs, this could include a history of abuse and mental health issues.
